✧ Developed playbook for clinic acquisitions (lead 8 integrations, $40M purchase price), assisted with pre-acquisition due diligence (quality of earnings, process & systems walkthroughs) and lead full integration of asset and share purchases

✧ Consolidated vendor accounts to  increase gross margins by lowering costs of medical supplies and inventory across all clinics; negotiated with sales reps to achieve 2% portfolio discounts and tiered pricing on volume purchases without contractual commitments

✧ Set up all financial reporting: month-end reconciliations and closing processes, created consolidation - 5 legal entities, financial statements and notes, and coached team on best practices to meet closing timelines

✧ Collaborated with team to develop an accounting manual, process documentation, ASPE memos (3400, 3610, 3064) and improve financial controls

✧ Worked cross-functionally with operations to resolve data integrity issues in systems by monitoring completion of daily financial close, reconciliation at clinic level and supporting monthly inventory counts

✧ Responsible for company-wide risk management and financial compliance including insurance policies, covenant reporting, compliance certificates, audit, HST and corporate income tax filings; created consolidation (5 legal entities), financial statements and notes
